About Strength & Risks

Why this IPO looks interesting

Key positives investors may want to consider before applying.

01

Long-term relationships with Jobworkers

The company has engaged 72 job workers in FY26, of which 66 have executed the company’s prescribed agreements as of FY26, providing access to a network of karigars for handcrafted gold jewellery manufacturing.

02

Asset-light operating model

Manufacturing is entirely outsourced to karigars through Jobworkers, with the company acting as principal contractor managing design, material sourcing and quality control across a 2-3 round verification process, without any in-house manufacturing capacity.

03

Wide product range under one roof

The company offers hand-crafted gold jewellery across six major categories, from antiques to temple jewellery, comprising bridal jewellery, chokers, Mangal Sutra, etc., supported by in-house design and customisation capabilities.

What investors should watch closely

Risk factors and possible pressure points around the offer.

01

Customer concentration

The top 10 clients contributed 39.5% of revenue from operations in FY26, as against 30.48% in FY25 and 30.62% in FY24. The company does not enter into long-term contracts with customers, and loss of, or reduced demand from, any of these clients could adversely affect revenue.

02

Regional revenue concentration

The top five states (Maharashtra, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Odisha) accounted for 67.8% of revenue from operations in FY26, as against 62% in FY24, exposing the company to region-specific economic, cultural and market risks.

04

Established corporate and non-corporate client relationships

Revenue from non-corporate clients contributed 35.7% of revenue in FY26, while corporate clients, including Joyalukkas India Limited, P.N. Gadgil & Sons Limited and Kalyan Jewellers India Limited, accounted for the rest of the revenue.

05

Quality assurance & low returns

All products are BIS Hallmark certified with multi-level quality inspections. Product returns were low and stood at 7.2% of sales in FY26, mainly owing to preference changes.

Dependence on third-party Jobworkers

All manufacturing is outsourced to Karigars through Jobworkers, with the number of Jobworkers declining from 90 in FY24 to 72 in FY26. Jobworkers and karigars are concentrated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and are not contractually bound to work exclusively with the company.

04

Volatility in gold prices

Domestic gold prices climbed from ₹62,387 in January CY24 to ₹1,02,280 in Q3CY25 per 10 grams. Such fluctuations affect inventory valuation, procurement costs and sales volumes.

05

Working capital-intensive operations

The company reported negative net cash flow from operating activities of ₹ 23.11 crore in FY25, mainly due to an increase in trade receivables of ₹ 39.07 crore and inventories of ₹ 30.19 crore, reflecting the working-capital-intensive nature of the gold jewellery business.

06

Existing indebtedness

Total outstanding borrowings stood at ₹167.30 crore as of March 31, 2026, with a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.81. Financing agreements carry restrictive covenants, including limits on ownership changes and capital expenditure funded other than through the company's own resources.
