About Strength & Risks

Why this IPO looks interesting

Key positives investors may want to consider before applying.

01

Established networking-cable position

The company held an estimated 22.9% share of India’s networking-cable market in FY26 and was among its four largest participants. Its revenue market share increased from approximately 16% in FY22.

02

Customised and diversified portfolio

The product range spans networking, optical fibre, speciality power, assemblies, and passive networking components, with customer-specific design and testing capabilities.

03

High customer retention

Retained customers among the top 50 contributed 93.9% of FY26 revenue, while the average relationship with the ten largest customers exceeded nine years.

04

What investors should watch closely

Risk factors and possible pressure points around the offer.

01

Customer concentration

The ten largest customers generated 76.5% of FY26 revenue and 84% in Q1FY27. Loss or reduction of a major customer order could materially affect utilisation and earnings.

02

Raw-material and supplier exposure

The top ten suppliers accounted for 69.7% of FY26 raw-material purchases. Copper and polymer prices are volatile, and the company may not be able to pass on cost increases to its customers.

Manufacturing and backward integration

Three facilities, annualised cable capacity of 895,776 km, and in-house copper, PVC, FRP, and IGFR processing support quality control and customisation.

05

Strong revenue growth

Revenue recorded a 33.4% CAGR between FY24 and FY26, supported by networking cables and a rising speciality-power and optical-fibre contribution.

06

Exposure to emerging applications

E-beam cables, passive-networking products, EV assemblies, solar junction boxes and tethered-drone systems broaden the addressable market beyond traditional networking cables.

Working-capital and cash-flow pressure

The operating cash flow stood at negative ₹26.64 crore in FY26 and negative ₹11.76 crore in the June 2026 quarter. Net working-capital days rose to 48 in FY26 from 14 in FY24.

04

Pressure on margins and return

EBITDA margin reduced to 8.23% in FY26 as against 10.17% in FY25, and RoNW reduced to 25.84% in FY26 as against 37.26% in FY24. Higher input, finance and depreciation costs could continue to squeeze returns.

05

Execution risks

FY26 Cable Utilisation was 69.85% and allied-product utilisation was a low 6.18%. Commissioning, demand-ramp and operating leverage risks from planned expansion projects.
