Proprietary platform with strong global validation

The company has developed a proprietary portable PCR platform, Truenat, which took ~13 years of R&D to develop. It is the only rapid molecular test for TB developed in India and one of only two in the world to have received WHO endorsement for the initial diagnosis of TB and detection of resistance to Rifampicin.

05

Integrated healthcare solutions

The company has grown from molecular diagnostics to end-to-end screening and diagnostic solutions with the acquisitions of Prognosys and OptraScan.

High dependence on TB test kits

Tuberculosis (TB) diagnostic test kits accounted for approximately 70% of product sales in FY26. Any decline in demand for TB testing, changes in government programs or the use of alternative technologies could impact the company's growth and earnings.

04

Execution risk in R&D and expansion

The company keeps investing a lot in developing new products and increasing its capacity. However, delays in the development of new assays, obtaining regulatory approvals or executing planned capex projects within budget could impact future growth and increase costs.
