About Strength & Risks

Why this IPO looks interesting

Key positives investors may want to consider before applying.

01

Market leadership

Market leader with >70% market share in 3W and a top-2 ranking for 2W wiring harnesses, enabled by successful fast product development execution.

02

Positive momentum driven by EV & premiumisation trends

Revenue related to electric vehicles grew by close to double in two years as regulation and electrification trends structurally boost wiring harnesses per unit volume.

03

Sticky clientele

Long-lasting relationships with OEMs over an average of 13 years with high switching costs due to customised tooling, PPAP and continuous cost engineering through VAVE.

04

What investors should watch closely

Risk factors and possible pressure points around the offer.

01

Concentration in sectors and products

Almost 78% of FY26 revenue is derived from the Indian 2W/3W segment through wiring harnesses (77.08% of revenue); any downturn or change in technology in the OEM sector will affect the firm adversely.
