About Strength & Risks

Why this IPO looks interesting

Key positives investors may want to consider before applying.

01

Fully integrated manufacturing structure

A fully integrated manufacturing facility of size 6,450 sq. ft at Jaipur that combines traditional kundan/polki technology with advanced technologies such as laser cutting, casting, hydraulic press, and 3D printing for a complete manufacturing process within a single building.

02

Broad design collection

More than 2,000+ designs available in categories like Antique, Bridal, Traditional, Contemporary, and Fusion, available at different price levels and for different customer groups. Product collection oriented towards customisation rather than collections makes better business sense with repeat orders and customised wedding jewellery.

03

Strong risk management

Gold used in the manufacturing process is bought only from authorised bullion suppliers, and 24/7 CCTV cameras, alarm systems, fire protection mechanisms, and armed guards provide sufficient security to assets. Protection from all possible threats in terms of any theft, terrorist attacks, and natural disasters can be provided by insuring against such losses.

What investors should watch closely

Risk factors and possible pressure points around the offer.

01

Highly concentrated customer base

13.04%, 9.85%, 10.92% and 38.48% of the company’s sales come from its largest customer in 9MFY26, FY25, FY24 and FY23, respectively, and 56.49% is contributed by the top ten customers in 9MFY26. Any loss of key customers would be a significant blow to revenues, considering there are no long-term contracts in place.

02

Increasing leverage and borrowed working capital

The debt/equity ratio has increased more than threefold to reach 1.29 from 0.32 in FY23, while in FY25, about 54.59% of the company's working capital has been financed through borrowing compared to only 27.55% in FY23. In addition, the company does not have any hedging strategy to protect itself from gold price fluctuation and is fully vulnerable to interest rate and refinancing risks in case of ₹75.12 crore of borrowings as of May 2026.

Experience promoters and management

Promoters who have been active in the jewellery business for many years head an experienced management team comprising experts in design, operations, marketing, and finance with varied backgrounds. The gemstone procurement expertise of the promoters adds an edge.

03

High geographical risk

The entire manufacturing activity of the business firm is carried out in a single plant located in the city of Jaipur, which sources 73.09% of its total raw material requirements as well as earning 35.76% of its total revenues in 9MFY26 in the state of Rajasthan, with no backup facility available elsewhere.

04

Extreme gold prices without any hedging

The gold prices have increased from ₹5,230 per gram at the end of FY23 to ₹11,829 per gram up to December 31, 2025, an increase of more than 2x within a period of less than 3 years, which will directly affect the raw materials cost, as they make up about 99.85% of the total materials purchased. The company has no hedging policy in place, leaving margins fully exposed to commodity price swings.
