Asset-light operating model

Snapdeal carries no marketplace inventory and uses third-party logistics, while proprietary allocation and personalisation tools support scale without owned fulfilment infrastructure.

05

Acquisition and product-extension capability

The group scaled Unicommerce after acquisition and added Shipway and Convertway, creating a broader SaaS suite covering marketing, order management and logistics.

Marketplace concentration and acquisition costs

The company contributed 57.5% of FY26 revenue, and marketplace marketing expenditure represented 14.6% of total expenses. Higher digital advertising costs or weaker conversion could impair growth and margins.

04

Intense competition

AceVector competes with online marketplaces, physical retailers and unorganised sellers in markets characterised by changing technology, consumer preferences, pricing and fulfilment models.

05

Litigation and regulatory exposure

Pending proceedings against the company included three criminal, 12 tax, four statutory or regulatory and one material civil matter, with an aggregate quantifiable amount of ₹61.11 crore. Adverse outcomes could create financial and reputational costs
